Do you work in the rain?
Yes. The Addison Window team can clean exterior windows and complete some soft wash and power wash services in light rain, as long as there is no lightning or unsafe weather.
Do you clean storm windows?
Yes, we do clean storm windows. Contact us for a free quote and we'll be happy to help schedule your service.
What if I notice a spot or streak on my window?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a 7-day no-spot guarantee on combined interior and exterior window cleanings.
Are screens included in window cleanings?
Screen cleaning is available, but it is not automatically included. Just let us know you'd like screen cleaning when you schedule, and we'll add it to your appointment.
Are window sills included with window cleaning?
A basic wipe-down of window sills is included. More detailed sill cleaning is available and should be requested when scheduling your service.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. All of our quotes are free.
What happens if one of my holiday lights goes out?
If one of your holiday lights goes out, contact us as soon as possible. Our holiday lights come with a lifetime warranty, and a member of the Addison Window Cleaning team will come by to replace it.
Can you use my own holiday lights?
No. The installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of holiday lights are included in your service.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Addison Window Cleaning is licensed and insured.
